Local mine donates with machines

Vunene Mining in Ermelo donated seven sawing machines to Ms Anna Matsana, Director of Nometha trading today.

According to the mine’s Human Resources Manager Mr Martin Magadla, their contribution is directed to Ms Matsane for the benefit of the community.

“We wanted to make a meaningful contribution to the community by donating with these machines knowing that members of the community interested in sawing would have training opportunity here,”said Mr Magadla.

Ms Matsana was lost for words to explain how happy she is. She also committed to employing local people and offer training that would later be their livelihood.
