The Highvelder reported on the dangers that substations/kiosk with open doors pose danger to pedestrians.
Mr Mandla Zwane, municipal spokesman, replied that the municipality has appointed a company that will begin fixing and repairing these substations/kiosks as from 21 November.
However, kiosks all over town are still standing with their doors open and are unattended.
