Mayflower Police have arrested three suspects at about 12.50am on a charge of dealing with dagga on 25 May.
According to Const Tryphinah Utla, spokesman for Mayflower Police, Sgt Skhumbuzo Nkosi and Const Sandile Mkhwanazi was busy with their patrol duties around Waverley and surrounding areas, when they came across a white Toyota Conquest, with three occupants inside.
The police stopped the vehicle and permission was given to the officers to search the vehicle.
Const Utla said: “Inside the vehicle, the officers found a black sports bag with six rolls of different sizes, wrapped with brown tape inside.”
