Man sentenced for house burglary in Chrissiesmeer

Bongimkosi Johannes Thomo (28) was sentenced to four years imprisonment at the Ermelo Magistrate’s Court for house burglary on 7 June.
According to Const Patience Ngozo, spokesperson for Chrissiesmeer Police, he broke into a house at Kwachibikhulu in Chrissiesmeer and stole a DVD Player, T-shirt and globe holders.
She added that Thomo tried to sell the stolen goods to his friends when he was caught red-handed the by police.
