Ermelo Combined School hosted their annual track and field athletic competition at AJ Swanepoel Stadium on 6 February.
Learners of the school were put into three different groups namely; Roses, Daffodils and Violets.
Ms Elmarie Grobler, teacher at Ermelo Combined School and organiser of the event, said: “After a tight competition the Violet team won the event, with Roses in the second place and Daffodils third.”
She stated, although it was very hot, the athletes performed excellent and we are very proud of their achievements.
