The Ermelo Police Station has issued an urgent notice informing residents that its landline is currently out of order.

According to Captain Carla Prinsloo, the public can instead contact the station on 082 462 3845.

This number is always available to residents, regardless of outages, and is also typically used during power interruptions.

Efforts are currently underway to restore the landline.
