Ermelo model needs help to shine on global stage in Brazil
The Miss Teen Global Beauty competition will take place from March 3 to 9..
ERMELO – Olwethu Ziqubu is in need of the community’s help to represent South Africa in Brazil during the Miss Teen Global Beauty competition from March 3 to 9.
She is a model, singer and songwriter from Ermelo and is currently studying for a BSc degree in environmental health sciences at the Central University of Technology in Bloemfontein.
Ziqubu began modelling at the crèche she attended from the age of five, and has always enjoyed her time during a pageant.
Since becoming a model, she has won numerous titles, including second Miss Crystal Princess, second Miss Planet Earth Teen Princess 2018, first Miss Umgungundlovu Princess 2018, Miss Pinetown Teen 2018 and second Miss Umgungundlovu Princess.
With her title as Miss Teen South Africa 2023 Ambassador, she has done outreaches at various children’s homes as she strives to make an impact in other people’s lives.
