ERMELO – The body of an unidentified man was discovered early this morning, June 10, lying alongside the Transvalia Road outside Ermelo.

According to Captain Carla Prinsloo, the police have opened an inquest into the death.

The deceased is described as an African man, estimated to be between 30 and 35 years old.

At the time of discovery, he was dressed only in a red T-shirt and blue tracksuit pants and was barefoot.
