Bikers ride for Elian’s battle against cancer

ERMELO – The community ‘throttled up’ for a brave young boy on June 14, Elian Ehlers, who is fighting stage 2 Ependymoma brain and spinal cancer.

This charity motorcycle fun ride dedicated to supporting Elian and his family in his battle with cancer, took place at the JanVos Landgoed, outside Davel.

More than 50 riders showed up in support.

Shortly after some of the riders had returned to the starting line, they formed a circle, revved up their engines before they sang to Elian for his birthday.

Two riders gave both Elian and his sister a ride on their motorcycles.

The organisers thanked all the sponsors who contributed to make the day a success.
