GNF Church tent restored after storm damage in Ermelo
GNF Ministries in Ermelo celebrates the return of their church tent after weeks without a worship space.
ERMELO – The massive church tent of God Never Fails (GNF) Ministries in Joubert Street has finally been re-erected after it was toppled almost two months ago by strong winds, leaving the congregation without their main gathering space.
The severe storm that brought down the tent also caused tragedy on the N17 between Ermelo and Bethal when a large tree was uprooted near the Nooitgedacht Research Farm.
The tree fell onto a minibus taxi, killing two people and injuring 13 others.

The restoration of the church tent brings renewed hope and relief to the ministry and local community, signalling a return to normalcy and worship after weeks of disruption.
Highvelder spoke to Ps Mvangeli Sibanyoni, who indicated that the contact numbers displayed on the ministry’s board are incorrect and that he is no longer at GNF Ministries. Unfortunately, he was unable to provide the correct numbers at this time.
Anyone wishing to get in touch with GNF is advised to visit the church in person on Joubert Street or keep an eye out for updated contact information as it becomes available.
