KFC Ermelo lends a helping hand at Qedusizi Day Care Centre
Staff of KFC Ermelo spent the day at Qedusizi Day Care Centre, donating essential supplies and helping in the vegetable garden.
ERMELO – KFC Ermelo paid a visit to the Qedusizi Day Care Centre during a beneficiary event on July 21, where staff members donated essential items, assisted with the centre’s vegetable garden, and served lunch to the children.
As part of the visit, the team donated bowls and cutlery to the centre.
The visit forms part of Add Hope, KFC’s initiative that brings customers and staff together in the fight against hunger.
Through the programme, customers can add R2 to their meal purchase, helping to provide nutritious meals to children at the various beneficiary organisations.

To thank their visitors, each age group at the centre performed a special ‘KFC song’.
The contributions made through the Add Hope initiative enable children at the Qedusizi Day Care Centre to receive balanced meals every day, helping to ensure they have access to regular, nutritious food.
KFC Ermelo said the programme continues to demonstrate how small contributions from the community can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in need.
