Runners race against the clock in Shalom Half Marathon

The Shalom Half Marathon featured a 5k fun run, 10k, and 21k race, with participants of all ages.

Under what many would call ideal running conditions – not too hot, not too cold, with overcast skies throughout the day – runners gathered at the AJ Swanepoel Stadium on February 1 for the annual Shalom Half Marathon.

With a 5km fun run, 10km or 21km to choose from, young and old were represented in the different distances.
