Ingredients
- McCain Stir Fry – Mexican
- 400 grams McCain Brussel Sprouts
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Teaspoons Italian herbs
- ½ Teaspoon crushed garlic and ginger
- 1 Teaspoon honey
Method
- Season the brussel sprouts in the oven according to package instructions – try to get them charred a little.
- Fry the Stir Fry in a hot oil until cooked.
- Mix all the ingredients listed under dressing until well combined.
- Lay the veg onto a platter and drizzle with the dressing.
- Serve with lime wedges.
