Churchill and Smuts friendship talk at forum

FRIENDS of Kloof Library Forum are delighted to welcome Richard Steyn back to the forum to speak about his latest book on the relationship between two iconic figures of twentieth century politics: Winston Churchill and Jan Smuts.

Steyn’s talk titled, Churchill and Smuts: the friendship, will be held at the Kloof Junior Primary School hall on Abelia Road in Kloof, on Thursday, 30 November at 6pm.

Tickets, which cost R50 for visitors and R35 for paid-up members of the Friends, can be booked at the Kloof Library on 031 764 7543. Payment is at the door.

Books will be on sale at a discounted price of R200. Cash only.
