Treasures found at Car Boot Sale

Residents enjoyed the fresh air as they browsed through the various household items on sale at the Rotary Club of Hillcrest's Car Boot Sale.

THE Rotary Club of Hillcrest successfully hosted a Car Boot Sale fundraiser a the Durban Shongweni Club on Saturday 31 May.

Rotarian, Martin Wheeler, reported that they had approximately 58 cars who sold their unwanted household items from their vehicles.

Hundreds of residents browsed though the various items on sale. “We are pleased with the turnout, and we are hoping that the event will only grow from here,” said Wheeler.
The next Car Boot Sale will be held on Saturday, 30 August.
