Malvern care centre supporters shop up a storm
The Bargain Shop will rung a special 45 per cent discount on all winter and summer clothing purchases.
THE Malvern Child and Youth Care Centre hosted an Open Day to celebrate its 54th anniversary on Saturday, 18 November.
This was a perfect opportunity to find out more about how you can get involved in making a difference to the lives of the 120 children placed in the care of the Home.
“As one of the largest and most established Child and Youth Care Centre’s in Durban, our 54-year milestone in caring for orphaned and vulnerable children is a highlight that we want to recognise. This is also a valuable opportunity for us to raise awareness of our needs and child development programmes, as well as to celebrate our achievements by acknowledging the support of our donors and volunteers,” said Lee Jarrett, PR and fundraising manager.
