Celebrate spring with AACL
The AACL will hold a Spring bonnet competition on the day.
CELEBRATE the arrival of spring with the Animal Anti-Cruelty League on Saturday 31 August.
Prizes will be given out to the best dog and owner’s Spring bonnets on the day, so dress in your most colourful attire.
The charity shop and tea garden will be open from 9am to 2pm. Shop for bargains galore and enjoy a light lunch or tea and cake in the league’s beautiful gardens.
To get to the the AACL farm take the N3 north towards PMB, then take the Hammarsdale/Mpumulanga/Inchanga offramp and turn left towards Hammarsdale. Travel approximately one kilometre then take the first road to the right, which is the D657 Leckhampton Valley. At the T-junction turn left and follow the signs for Artesia Avenue. AACL is the first farm on the left past the horse stables.
