Incidents of violence have been reported these past two days, with reports of workers seen throwing stones and causing a disturbance in the Westmead area.

A small vehicle was stoned this morning, following a similar report of a truck being stoned yesterday.
The police are monitoring the situation at Mahogany Road in Westmead, but the road is still closed. Motorists are urged to use alternative routes.
More than 200 000 workers are bidding for higher wages which is 12 per cent versus a 7 per cent to 8 per cent increase in the first year of the agreement and a ban on labour brokers.
