Help boost babies home donation

Help fill the Westville Wakefields shopping cart to increase their donation to the Edith Benson Home in Sherwood.

THE Westville Wakefields agents are appealing to the Highway community to help boost their current collected donation pack for the Edith Benson Babies Home.

“The problem of orphaned, abused and abandoned babies and children is reaching alarming proportions throughout South Africa. Individuals are aware of the growing problem but feel powerless due to their lack of time and financial commitments,” said Jacqui Cousins from Wakefields.

Periodic, property exhibitions are held by Wakefields at the local shopping centres and they will be using these as an opportunity to collect donations of baby toiletries and non-perishable food for the home. “If you are shopping at either the Westville Mall or the Westwood Shopping Centre during the coming weeks and you spot the Wakefields Property Exhibition, it will be much appreciated if you could drop off a donation item in the collection trolley.

If you would like to make a donation to the Edith Benson Home, at 23 Garbutt Road in Sherwood, contact 031 207 1366.
