Highway Judo is Club of the Year

Highway Judo Club receives Club of the Year trophy.

The Highway Judo club, based in Waterfall, has been awarded the Club of the Year trophy.

Dedicated sensei, Rob Jordaan, who has been teaching Judo for over 25 years has encouraged and taught his learners well, helping them to excel in the sport, earning them numerous KZN and South African Championships.

In his time, Rob achieved the Judo grade of 5th Dan, having achieved his junior and senior Protea Colours. In addition he won the 2006 Commonwealth Silver Medallist- Masters. Rob is still very active in the Judo Federation, chairing KZN Judo and Marketing Director for Judo SA.

Rob currently coaches at Roseway Waldorf, Winston Park, Hillcrest Primary and Clarendon in PMB, as well as coaching at Carbineers Judo Club in Pietermaritzburg and is the club owner of Highway Judo Club in Waterfall.

Highway Judo Club classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. Contact Rob on 082 772 0743.
