UPDATE: Owner pleaded guilty to animal cruelty
Cindy Naidoo pleaded guilty to animal abuse.
Cindy Naidoo, the Queensburgh owner charged by the Kloof & Highway SPCA with animal cruelty, pleaded guilty at the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, 5 February.
The case began with Naidoo changing her legal representative. She was given time to meet with her new lawyer, and she then returned to the courtroom after agreeing to a guilty plea.
The case was remanded for later in the day for sentencing.
