Hillcrest High School to rock 40th anniversary
Readers can win three sets of tickets to Hillcrest High School's musical, 'Ages of Rock'.
HILLCREST High School is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, and as a tribute to this special occasion the school production, ‘Ages of Rock’, will showcase 40 years of rock music.
Woven into this awesome music production is the story of a young girl who leaves her small town for the big city in pursuit of her dream to become a rock star. The show runs from 11 to 14 May at 7pm at the school hall.
The show will take the form of a supper theatre on Friday, 15 May. Producer of the show, Georgina Giorko, said that the show is going to be an outstanding production with superb sound and lighting to match the music. Guests are invited to attend in their ‘best rock gear’.
Tickets cost R35 for adults and R25 for pupils and can be obtained from the school on 031 765 1215.
