AN ANC Ward 12 councillor and a PR councillor are appearing in the Durban High Court for a murder case today, 26 August.
The two councillors, who are out on bail, were arrested on Thursday, 26 February for the murder of Thuli Ndlovu, chairman of Abahlali baseMjondolo, a shack-dwellers’ organisation. Ndlovu was shot seven times at her house in KwaNdengezi on September 29 last year. More updates to follow.
