KLOOF High School’s SPAR Star of the Month is Grade 10 pupil, Lethuthando Meyiwa.
For Hockey in 2015, Lethuthando was awarded school colours for being selected as a non-travelling reserve for the KZN U16 Hockey Team. She was also vice-captain for the school’s U16 indoor and outdoor hockey teams. She was also selected for the KZN U15 action netball team.
This year she has been selected for the KZN U16 mixed action netball team and will be going on tour with the team during the Easter holidays. She also hopes to go on tour in October to the USA to the Disney Youth Tournament but is still looking for a sponsor. She is also a member of the school’s 1st team netball.
