UPDATE: Two survive truck blaze
Rescue Care paramedics and the fire department rushed to the scene on Field's Hill.
A DRIVER and passenger were lucky to escape injury when the vehicle they were in burst into flames on the M13 near Village Road in Kloof on Wednesday afternoon.
Rescue Care paramedics were called to Field’s Hill, west bound, at about 2pm and found a vehicle engulfed in flames. Both the driver and passenger escaped the inferno uninjured.
The fire department arrived shortly after the paramedics and extinguished the flames.
