Breaking News: Fire breaks out in Kloof
The fire department, Kloof patrollers and volunteers worked hard under windy conditions to extinguish the fire raging in Kloof.
A FIRE in the Matala heights area made its way towards Kloof earlier this evening according to Blue Security media and community liaison officer, Andreas Mathios.
“Kloof patrols, the fire department and volunteers sprang into action to douse the flames.
“It was challenging as strong winds caused small fires to break out. However, the firefighters, Kloof patrollers and volunteers did a good job under very difficult conditions and when I left at about 10pm, the fire was partly under control, “Mathios said.
