Great developments in store for Kloof SAPS
Residents and businesses have cleared the bush making space for a local crime records centre which will benefit the whole of the Highway community.
THE Kloof satellite station will be the first one in KZN to have forensics members based there to offer 24-hours service to the community.
What was once a virtual jungle, is being turned into the new home for a local crime records centre, which will eventually have three containers to house the staff of up to 25 members.

“This will greatly strengthen the response times to all the Highway area communities, not just Kloof,” said Kloof CPF chairman, Nikki Mohlmann.
“Thanks to the businesses and residents, the Kloof CPF has been able to put way more than R60 000 worth of work into the station for the past year. Companies, such as Treesauras, Grasschoppers and Ascott have assisted in cleaning the grounds and making space for the new offices,” added Nikki.
There is still so much work needed to be done and the CPF urges businesses to get involved by contacting Nikki on 061 582 1903.
