True story – Oxford saved the day

Oxford Fresh Market is your one-stop-shop. Read this poem to find out why.

The cupboards are bare oh alas and alack
We moved to the area and now can’t move back
The teen and the dog are howling in pain
The cat’s in the tree and the parrot’s gone insane

What to do and where to go to get some nourishing tuck?
Then hubby jumped up, and said, what a luck!
The Highway Mail came in the post box attached to the wall
There’s a store in Hillcrest that’s really got it all

In the adverts so colourful, so inviting and bright
There are specials galore to solve our food plight
OXFORD FRESH MARKET is the place to shop
For groceries, meat, fruits and veges, a broom and a mop

We got in the car and sped to the store
Grabbed a trolley and filled it with food and lots more
The tills were ringing their jingling song
And we had accomplished our mission before too long
