Pinetown police search for rightful owner of suspected stolen property
Police found the gate motor battery, suspected to be stolen, on a man who was walking on Manors Road.
PINETOWN detectives are looking for the rightful owner of a gate motor battery which was found by police on 16 December 2020.
According to Pinetown Cluster communications officer, Capt Bongumusa Manqele, police found the gate motor battery, suspected to be stolen, on a man who was walking on Manors Road.

“When he was questioned about the ownership of the battery he failed to convince the police that it belonged to him. The serial number of the battery is 180723011,” said Manqele.
Police are appealing to the rightful owner to contact the investigating officer Det/Sgt Nxumalo on 073 267 0052 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
