Bringing the community together with local healers, spiritual teachers
The Body and Mind Festival provides people with an opportunity to explore wellness and spiritual modalities as well as enjoy good food, music and community.
THE Body and Mind Festival, a vibrant community gathering dedicated to celebrating health and well-being in KZN, is coming to the DLI Hall in Greyville on Sunday, November 3, from 10:00 to 16:00. Local healers, therapists and small business owners will come together for a day of inspiration, connection and discovery.
The festival offers an exciting line-up of talks, workshops, demonstrations and free healing sessions, with the option for paid readings by skilled psychics, astrologers and other practitioners. Attendees will have the chance to explore natural health remedies, wellness practices, yoga, meditation and locally made products in an atmosphere filled with learning, uplifting music, relaxation and community spirit.
