HUNDREDS of people lined the banks of the uMngeni River on Saturday to welcome in paddlers completing the Dusi Canoe Marathon.

The final day of the three-day race saw competitors paddle from Inanda Dam to Blue Lagoon near the Kingfisher Canoe Club.
