THE Pinetown community is invited to an Imbizo with SAPS Pinetown on November 30.

This will be an engagement meeting and will be held at 10:00 at Highway Christian Community Church, 10 Harvey Road, Pinetown.

The key role-players will be the SAPS management, metro police, the community policing forum and the Justice Department.

Pinetown SAPS Communications Officer Jennifer Naidu said this open forum provides an opportunity to share concerns, feedback and suggestions.

“Residents will also receive updates and answers from key role-players. We invite the public to join us as their input will help shape a safer Pinetown.

“Whether you have a compliment, complaint or suggestion, your voice matters. This is your chance to make a difference in your community,” said Naidu.

Sanelisiwe Tsinde

My name is Sanelisiwe Tsinde, and I'm a mother of two boys and very family-oriented. Being a community journalist for years, I can proudly say I love writing about positive community news articles and giving a voice to the voiceless. Seeing people getting assistance warms my heart. Every day is a different challenge and a new learning opportunity. I supply news for our trusted publication weekly, and a few years ago, Caxton ventured into online publication, so I contribute daily to the websites. I could say I am a multimedia journalist, and working in a community newspaper is beneficial as we do not focus on one thing but we do a bit of everything.
