House robber kicks woman in Pinetown home invasion
The suspect armed with a knife fled with items valued at R143 600.
A WOMAN sustained injuries when a robbery suspect assaulted her after he ransacked her house in Hatton Estate, Pinetown.
Pinetown SAPS communications officer, Jennifer Naidu said the victim was at home on Monday at about 09:00 when an unknown knife-wielding man gained entry into her house.

“The suspect forced the victim to lie on the floor. While on the floor, the man pulled out the ring from the victim’s finger, the suspect went on and ransacked the house, stealing three cellphones, watches and other jewellery.
“Furthermore, the suspect kicked the victim repeatedly before fleeing the scene with stolen items valued at R143 600,” said Naidu.
