Described as fantasy born in luxury and rhythm, the inaugural Rockets Wonderland event is set to take Durban by storm with a strong line-up of powerful musical forces coming together to deliver an electrifying blend of amapiano, house, Afrobeat Hip Hop and more. Among the artists set to take the stage are Scorpion Kings, Dlala Thukzin, Oscar Mbo, Leehleza, Zee Nxumalo, Morda and Mahoo, alongside Rockets resident DJs AfroNerd, Girls, Junior and Franky.
A STRONG line-up of artists is set to induct the inaugural Rockets Wonderland event into the Durban social calendar this Sunday from 12:00 at Munies Hockey Grounds, Durban Botanical Gardens, with the likes of Dlala Thukzin, Oscar Mbo and AfroNerds listed among the headline acts.
Around 1500 people will have the opportunity to be part of the opulent lifestyle fête launch taking place on the grandest weekend in South African fashion and sport, the Hollywoodbets Durban July, making it the ideal place to wind down after a highly charged Saturday. Sean Barber, CEO of Rockets, said that this dazzling experience is set to redefine what it means to celebrate in style.

As day turns to dusk at Rockets Wonderland, the main stage will come alive with some of South Africa’s most powerful musical forces, delivering an electrifying blend of amapiano, house, Afrobeat Hip Hop and more. This expertly curated line-up features the iconic Scorpion Kings, Dlala Thukzin, Oscar Mbo, Leehleza, Zee Nxumalo, Morda and Mahoo, alongside Rockets resident DJs AfroNerd, Girls, Junior and Franky.
The celebration continues with an epic after-party at Rockets Beach Club Umhlanga, from 23:00, headlined by Major League and 2wo Bunnies.
