Notify us before cutting the water supply

Residents in the Botha's Hill area have had to deal with continuous water cuts.

EDITOR – For the past two months, our water supply gets cut during the day and sometimes at night. We don’t receive any notification to inform us about when the water is going to be cut.

Two weeks ago, our water was cut from 6pm to 8am the next day. I have reported the matter on numerous occasions, but the problem continues. We have not been informed about the cause of the shortage and this causes a huge inconvenience and could lead to problems with our geysers.

We would appreciate it if the municipality gives us some indication about when the water is going to be cut so we can plan in advance.
