Many years ago we had a wonderful grey named, Sugar Boy, and the first thing we learned was to clip one wing or he will fly away and never be seen again.
Sugar Boy was the most intelligent creature ever and could ask if he wanted to go for a walk and when outside would greet anyone walking by.
When my dear wife passed away I had to give him away – that broke my heart. Please clip one wing and your parrot will be with you for many wonderful years.
