Hillcrest High claims victory at annual derby day
The action-packed Derby Day challenge took place on Saturday, 18 May.
HUNDREDS of supporters gathered at Kloof High School (KHS) for this year’s much anticipated Derby Day, an annual sporting event between KHS and Hillcrest High School.
Twenty games including chess, netball, rugby, girls and boys hockey were played with Hillcrest claiming victory by winning 15 of them.
The day ended with the boys’ first team rugby game which was won by Hillcrest, 19 – 10.
