Inanda Road construction worker hit by car

Yet another construction worker was seriously injured, but this time in Inanda Road.

ANOTHER construction worker was knocked over by a car in Inanda Road earlier today Tuesday, 7 October at about 9.50am.

Vema’s Shannon Charles said the construction worker was knocked over by a bakkie, believed to be traveling from Crestholme towards Hillcrest.

“The construction worker sustained facial and limb fractures, as well as various abrasions. He was rushed to Hillcrest Private Hospital where he remains in a serious, but stable condition,” Charles added.

On Monday a construction worker was hit by a taxi at roadworks in Pinetown.
