Catch new acts at #Durbs Comedy Night

The latest installment sees renowned national comedy talents Tats Nkonzo and Dalin Oliver join the Durban crew of comics on stage.

The popular #Durbs Comedy Night series has grown since inception with each new staging bringing in fresh talent and jokes to add some funny to your world.

The latest installment sees renowned national comedy talents Tats Nkonzo and Dalin Oliver join the Durban crew of comics on stage.

Firing up his audience with his unique brand of observational humour, Tats Nkonzo has established himself as a comic force to be reckoned with. With his arsenal of humour, intellect and a guitar, Tats brings a flavour to stand up comedy that is unrivaled.

Dalin Oliver is a Cape Town based comedian and the sports presenter on Good Hope FM’s Breakfast show.

His passion for the performing arts was triggered in 2010 when he won the UCT leg of Good Hope FM’s Campus DJ Search.

A few months later the comedy bug bit and the qualified high school mathematics and history teacher ditched the chalk board for a microphone and the stage.

Durban’s Neil Green easily stands out with his sharp wit, commanding stage presence, and hilariously honest brand of comedy.

Carvin Goldstone is back from an 11-city National Comedy Tour and performances of his ever popular one man show, Coloured President, on the MSC Sinfonia.

In just a few months Kamz has gone from open mic gigs to headlining shows.

Kamz Govender

His cool calm deadpan style sets him apart in the comedy industry. With no swearing or vulgarity, Kamz is well suited for all audiences.

While not strictly conforming to standards of propriety, Vee Morton’s unique blend of stand-up humour – and desperate pleas for a date – have earned her a respectable place among Durban’s finest comedians. Her tongue-in-cheek slant on romance, womanhood and aging gracefully will leave you with the comfort of knowing it’s okay to laugh at ourselves.

These comedians are ready to get the laughs rolling at the next #Durbs Comedy Night series which takes place on 7 and 8 April at the Garden Court Hotel, Marine Parade (DBN) at 8pm on each night.

The show starts at 8pm and R150 will get you a ticket at Quicket.co.za or reserve seats on 083 2915702.
