Glide into Birdlife Port Natal’s informative webinar

BIRDLIFE Port Natal invites you to take part in its webinar, The Restoration of the Lake St Lucia Estuary – an update and reality check, on Wednesday, 11 November from 6.30pm.

At the request from a number of the organisation’s members, Nicolette Forbes will talk about her work done during a 10-year period on the award-winning project.

She will address the misinformation, fake news, uninformed opinions and perceptions that have begun to circle on social media, tabloid newspapers as well as via email.

The talk will cover the restoration of the country’s largest estuary and will be rich with information about its history, functioning and significance to KwaZulu-Natal’s water birds. Members sign up for free. Visitors will be charged a R50 club attendance fee.
