The Property Show heads to Cape Town

The Property Show, brought to you by Private Property, in partnership with Absa, will be hosted in Cape Town in June 2023. Following the success of the event in Johannesburg in 2022 which saw over 8000 people attend, this Show promises to meet the needs of every homeowner – or aspiring homeowner – as it brings all things property together under one roof.

For those looking to buy, sell, rent, invest, or simply interested in what the market has to offer now, the Show has curated the biggest names in real estate including financial services providers, estate agents, developers, conveyancers and additional property-related services and businesses.

Solomon Kuwaza, Acting CEO at Private Property, says The Property Show offers attendees an opportunity to engage with key property role-players.

“It is the only exhibition of its kind in South Africa. No matter where you are in your property journey, you’ll leave feeling enriched and educated on what is happening in the property space. Should you have a question for a bond originator, they will be there. Would you like to know about decor trends or innovation in home security?, you will find the right people there too. The purpose of the event is to simplify the property landscape and give attendees access to the experts in an informal, knowledge-sharing setting.”

Over the weekend, various exhibitors from the property eco-system will be at designated stands to engage with attendees. There will also be three Educational Theatres with presentations and discussions hosted by industry experts at set times throughout the weekend.

Venue: Cape Town International Convention Centre, CTICC 2, Halls 5 & 6.

Date: 10 and 11 June 2023.

Times: 10h00 – 17h00 daily.

Note: A Kids Zone will be set up to keep little ones entertained and safe at The Property Show, kids under 16 are free.
