Seniors treated at beauty salon’s opening
Six residents from the Jubilado Retirement Village enjoyed a free spoil at the grand opening of the Gallery beauty salon.
The one-stop beauty shop, The Gallery opened its doors and hearts to the senior burgers of the Jubilado Retirement Village on 8 June.
The Gallery is a one-stop beauty shop along with a hairdresser and other beauty facilities that boasts with some of the best names in the beauty industry that Krugersdorp has to offer.
The Gallery is situated at the Alfa House Unit 8 in Soutpansberg Street in Noordheuwel.
Old and young came together for the opening of the Gallery where guests were all welcomed with treats to show off the beautifully decorated salon. Six visitors from the retirement village enjoyed a hair treatment, as well as a new set of nails free of charge in celebration of the opening of the salon.
The Gallery was the idea of three creative women who decided to use all their talents together to create an all in one beauty heaven that Krugersdorp women can enjoy on their door steps.
Lizette Rheeders along with her daughter C-mone Rheeders, Wendy Esterhuizen, Gladice Anne and Denise Mellett all make up the perfect package for all your beauty needs.
Guests all had the opportunity to play part in the festivities by popping balloons and winning prizes.
Some of the guests were surprised with a free voucher in the balloon for various different beauty treatments at the salon.
Some 100 guests all gathered outside the salon for the traditional cutting of the ribbon to symbolise the grand opening of the shop.
