Catholic church hosts clean-house sale

There will be food and drink stalls to sustain the avid searchers and those just coming for soup, tea or a light lunch.

Once again this year the Catholic Church is holding a clean-house sale at 064 Luipaard Street, Krugersdorp on Saturday 29 June from 9am to raise church funds.

The members of the church have been bringing items from their homes that have not been used for the last year or so. Most of the items on sale therefore are second-hand but still useable, although this can not be guaranteed. However, the prices are very attractive.

Based on the principle that one man’s junk could be the next man’s pride and joy, the church invites everybody to come and view what they have to offer. You could very well find that gem you have been looking for.

Parking is available on the grounds.

The stalls include books and records, collectables and bling, clothing and haberdashery, electronics and computers, fresh farm produce and pot plants, furniture, handicrafts, hardware, kitchenware, toys and sweets, and of course a white elephant table.
