The 30-year-old suspect briefly appeared in court this morning whereby his case has again been postponed to 19 August.
The suspect was released on bail in June after a successful appeal in the High Court.
Alledged sexual offender in court
The 30-year-old alleged sexual offender is due to appear in the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court today, 8 July on charges of sexually exposing himself to more than a handful of underage school pupils.
He first was arrested on 9 April at his workplace in Krugersdorp.
There were two cases opened against the suspect in Roodepoort and a number of cases opened against him at the Krugersdorp SAPS.
It is also alleged that there is a total of 10 reports against the suspect, however three of the victims decided to withhold their complaints.
All of the alleged victims are under the age of 18, with the youngest victims being 11 years old.
The alleged sexual offender also admitted to the investigating officer that he sometimes had sexual urges while he was at work.
