Lucky winner packs his bags for Phuket
Hugo de Villiers soon will dip his feet in the warm sea waters around Phuket island.
Global Estates recently hosted a competition for all their mandate clients who had their properties sold within a six-month period.
Through a lucky draw clients stood the chance to win an exclusive trip to Phuket as first prize. Two local trips were also up for grabs.
The lucky draw event that took place on 14 March at the Featherbrooke Estate club house was an evening of tasteful entertainment that included an art exhibit with some greatly sought-after works by both national and international artists.
Cocktails and selected wines were served as appetisers as clients and agents networked for the better part of the event.
Guest of honour was popular Afrikaans actress Yutame Venter, and Stephan Whitcombe who is the Regional Manager of BetterBond SA was the guest speaker. Stephan mostly informed guests about local trends in the market, the future of property investment in South Africa and how BetterBond has evolved to adapt to the needs of the industry
