ANC Youth League congratulates matrics
"The commitment and dedication shown by pupils in 2014 cannot go unnoticed, the class of 2014 made us all proud as a region."

The ANC West Rand has joined throngs of organisations and extended its voice in congratulating the class of 2014 for a job well done.
The spokesperson of the ANC youth wing, Vusi van der Walt said the Youth League is proud of the class of 2014 and they have done South Africa proud.
“Education for ever has been the cornerstone of bringing change in society and this will never change. By educating the youth as a country we are investing in our future as comrade Oliver Reginald Tambo said,” Van der Walt said.
“The ANC has shown its commitment to the education of the African child and will continue to invest more in the future of the African child in all corners of the country. The commitment and dedication shown by pupils in 2014 cannot go unnoticed, the class of 2014 made us all proud as a region,” he added.
Van der Walt said while the Youth League acknowledges the challenges faced by students at tertiary institutions, they encourage students to make use of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme.
Van der Walt also motivated those who did not make it and encouraged them to look forward and not get discouraged.
“We equally would like to motivate all those who put efforts in their school work but didn’t make it. They must not to be demoralised as it is not the end of the road but a mere bump. As the saying goes, ‘it’s not over until the fat lady sings’. We urge our fellow young people of our country to remain positive as the light still shines on you.”
He said the Gauteng provincial government has gone beyond the call of duty to achieve this milestone.
