Clinic operating hours extended

Clinic patients can look forward to extended hours at local clinic.

The West Rand District Health Services would like to inform Noordheuwel Clinic users about the extension of the operating hours at the clinic.

The extended operating hours are due to the increase in demand of health services. The new operating hours will be 7.30am to 4pm from Monday to Friday.

“The extension of operating hours will be effective from Monday, 6 October,” West Rand District Health spokesperson, Sandile Gwayi, confirmed.

Noordheuwel Clinic is one of the Primary Health Care (PHC) facilities situated in Mogale City Local Municipality. The catchment area served by the clinic is predominantly industrial and is a workplace for the people from the surrounding areas which include; Noordheuwel, Kenmare, Monument, Chancliff and Rangeview.

“The health facility infrastructure belongs to the local municipality but utilised by the Department of Health for operational of comprehensive PHC services,” Gwayi concluded.
