No-one hurt after vehicle overturns
Another accident on Robert broom, luckily this time no-one was seriously injured.
Patrollers and emergency services officials could not believe their eyes when they responded to an accident over the weekend.
Paramedics from Netcare 911 along with a Dowry reaction unit, Help@24 and the Mogale City Emergency Management services responded to an overturned vehicle on 20 May at about 9pm.
It is believed that an Opel and Kia collided on the corner Robert Broom Drive and Bell Avenue.
Shortly after patrollers from the Sector 7 Community Policing Forum arrived at the scene, they blocked off the road and assisted in regulating the late night traffic flow.

Due to the impact of the collision the Opel was found overturned in the road while the Kia’s bonnet was ripped to pieces.
Both drivers of the vehicle were lucky to escape from the accident with a few cuts and bruises.
They were treated on the scene for minor injuries.
The cause of the accident is yet unknown and under investigation.
