Animal shelter has nowhere to go by end of Christmas

They have approximately 180 dogs in their care.

The 9th Day Animal Shelter is a rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing centre that is being run by Charmaine Booysen, a Krugersdorp resident.

The shelter opened its doors in January 2015 and has been running on blind faith ever since.
“We are in desperate need of donations for our new kennels, vet’s bills and food, to name just a few of our needs,” Charmaine said.

They have approximately 180 dogs in their care, a big veterinary bill and are in need of food donations. Their major concern is the fact that they need to move their dogs from their current kennels by the end of December to a new premises.

They do not have a new place to move these dogs to and therefore need new premises too.

The 9th Day Animal Shelter is desperate for your help. If you would like to contribute or want to help, contact Charmaine via email at charmaine@the9thday.co.za or info@the9thday.co.za, and consider signing up for a debit order.
