Netcare Krugersdorp assisting the community again

Get all your vitals checked at the private hospital as part of World Diabetes Day.

14 November is World Diabetes Day.

Netcare Krugersdorp Hospital will be assisting the community on this day with free blood glucose tests, blood pressure tests, body mass index measuring and diabetic mapping, all of which will be available from 8am until 1pm at the Hospital’s reception area.

Diabetes warning signs include:

• Frequent urination
• Excessive thirst
• Increased hunger
• Weight loss
• Tiredness
• Lack of interest and concentration
• A tingling sensation or numbness in the hands or feet
• Blurred vision

Other medical advice regarding diabetes will also be given on this day.
